LTS Inc. (LTS) reserves the right to determine whether a referred applicant is qualified for positions covered by the program. LTS may modify or discontinue this program at any time. Should the program be discontinued, any in-process referrals will be honored. In the event an applicant is referred from more than one source (for example, from two employees, or an employee and an employment agency), the deciding factor will be the date of receipt received through referral portal. The Recruiting office will inform the participating parties when such situations arise.

LTS is committed to the development of a creative, diverse, and inclusive work environment. In order to provide equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals, employment decisions at LTS will be based on merit, qualifications, and abilities. LTS does not discriminate against any person because of race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age or any other characteristic protected by law (referred to as “protected status”).
