GSA MAS establishes long-term Government-wide contracts with commercial firms to provide government buyers with access to a wide variety of commercial supplies, services, and solutions. The GSA MAS contracts are open to all U.S. federal government agencies throughout the world. Any agency of the U.S. Government may take advantage of MAS task orders to secure products and services in a variety of categories including facilities, furniture and furnishing, human capital, industrial products and services, information technology, miscellaneous, office management, and professional services. National Institutes of Health (NIH) Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC), Health and Human Services: The Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3)

CIO-SP3 is a ten (10) year Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) contract with a $20B ceiling.

CIO-SP3 provides information technology (IT) solutions and services, including health and biomedical-related IT services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements.

The contract also contains general IT services as medical systems are increasingly integrated within a broader IT architecture, requiring a systems approach to their implementation and a sound infrastructure for their operation.

Task areas support and provide consistency with the accountability goals of the Federal Health Architecture (FHA), whereby federal agencies are to coordinate effective capital planning activities and invest in and implement interoperable health IT. LTS received an award for all 10 Task Areas under the scope of this contract:

Department of the Navy – Seaport Next Generation (Seaport NxG) (sub)

SeaPort-NxG is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 23 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Military Sealift Command (MSC), and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) compete for their service requirements amongst 1800+ SeaPort-NxG IDIQ multiple award contract holders. SeaPort-NxG provides an efficient and effective means of contracting for professional support services and enhancing small business participation.

Department of the Army – Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 Services (ITES-3S) (sub)

LTS provides support as a subcontractor to the Army ITES-3S contract, which allows the U.S. Army to quickly procure high-quality, cost-effective IT solutions and services for the Army’s enterprise business systems that support the warfighter. The contract scope encompasses nearly all areas of enterprise IT that include cybersecurity, integration, consolidation, telecommunications, supply chain management, operation and maintenance, business process engineering, and education and training.
LTS is a subcontractor to Suntiva, LLC on this vehicle.

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) – DHS Program Management, Administrative, Operations, and Technical Services (PACTS) II (sub)

DHS PACTS II

PACTS II established a suite of Department-wide Indefinite- Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for non-IT (Program Management, Technical, Operations (Clerical), and Administrative) services that will enable DHS to accomplish their mission objectives. PACTS II provides broad range of services and solutions to fulfill component and departmental service needs. . PACTS II is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
LTS is a subcontractor to InTec, LLC and Pathfinder Consultants LLC providing a full range of Program Management and Technical Services in Functional Category 1 in order to meet the mission needs of DHS.
